The basics of easytoon
start off i have easytoon translated (the newest don’t know were u can get it but i will get a link up here soon)u will see this screen :
this is the starting screen if you open up easytoon.
What you see here is a image of the toolbar u will need to animate.
on the next pictures i will explain all the buttons from left to right.
New animation – if u click this button u will start a new animation
open – let’s you open recent files you saved (only .EZT files)
Save – you can save your animations here!
make gif – with this button you can create a .gif file to see your animation without using eztoon.
Cut – let’s you delete the selected area and keep it in memory to paste it later
Copy – keeps the selection and make a copy of it to paste it later
Paste – Lets u paste earlier copied/cutted images
Undo – undo the last thing u did with your mouse
Redo – redo the last thing u did with your mouse
View previous frame – shows the frame before the current frame
View next frame – makes another frame after the current frame or shows the frame after the current frame
View animation – shows your animation u made in a new window
Insert frame – makes a new frame at your current position (the frame you were in will be placed after the new frame
Delete frame – deletes the current frame
clear frame – erases everything that shows up in the current frame
Duration – shows how long the frame must last ( don’t know what unit it’s used for i think 0.1 second per 1)
previous onion skin – shows u the ghost of the previous frame (in green)
Next onion skin – shows u the ghost of the next frame (in red)
Zoom – let’s you zoom in
Selection tool – you can select a piece of image and copy/cut/transform it
Pen tool – most common tool used to animate makes you draw lines
bucket tool – makes you will a closed section of lines with the selected gradient
line tool – with this tool you can draw straight lines
linked line tool – you can make lines that are attached to each other (to exit linked line tool double click)
parallel tool – makes you draw lines that are parallel to each other
rectangle tool – makes rectangles (hold down shift to make perfect squares)
filled rectangle tool – same as the rectangle tool but with fills (you can shoose different gradients)
circle tool – makes circles (hold down shift to make perfect circles)
filled circle tool – same as the circle tool but with fills (you can shoose different gradients)
Text tool – you can add text to your animation.
pen size – the size of your pen
eraser size – the size of your eraser (right click to erase, actually the eraser is a white version of the other drawing tools)
black to white – switches the left click black to left click white and right click white to right click black
copy image mask – not sure what it does i think it copies the whole scene(doesn’t work for me because it gives weird signs)
View animation – also let’s you view the animation you made
segment range 1 – insert the number were u want to see you animation from
Preview segment – shows the segment u have chosen
segment range 2 – insert the number were u want to end the show of your animation
free scale – freeley scale your selection
proportional scale – precise scale your current selection
rotate scale – rotate your current selection
polygon scale – select a square from your selection and move it to were your image needs to be manipulated
flip horizontal – the name does the trick 
flip vertical – the name does the trick
swap colors – black goes to white white goes to black in the current frame
controls your scenes (self explainatory)
the gradient colors you’d like to fill closed lines with
